Ultrasound automatic machine for vial washing is first of all used in pharmaceutical plants where it can assure absolute sterility of vials before their filling with medicinal products.

Brief description of vial washing and drying.

First of all, vials from ultrasound bath are fed by screw to screw lift and then to handlers for further washing by rinsing out.

Standard vial washing and drying, as a rule, includes 4 steps:

  1. Inner and outer vial surfaces are rinsed with circulating water.
  2. Vials are blown with hot sterile compressed air.
  3. Inner and outer vial surfaces are rinsed with water for injections.
  4. Vials are blown with hot sterile compressed air.

The number of steps of washing and drying process may be increased up to six ones.

    • Water for injections – 0.22 μm filter;

  5. Control and operating system controls circulating water temperature, vial availability at entering to washing, pressure of circulating water, water for injections and compressed air; High degree of automation enables to exclude human factor in automate operation leaving only one operator; <
  6. All parts of automatic washing machine contacting with vials are made of low-carbon stainless steel AISI304;
    Upper part of automatic washing machine has protective acrylic case to prevent contamination from the environment and to control the washing process;li>
  7. Simple reset of automatic machine to other vial size;
